We make window frames and shutters on our own premises, from timber we imported and sawed ourselves. Because the whole chain is ours, we can tell you what is in the frame and why we chose it.
Restroom ventilators are made here as well. They are a small item that is often treated as an afterthought and then rots first, because someone used whatever offcut was nearest. We do not do that.

What buyers ask about windows.
Which timber is best for windows in Chennai?
For a window that catches direct sun and rain, Burma teak, because the natural oil in it resists the swelling and shrinking that Chennai weather causes. For sheltered or internal windows, Benin or Nigerian teak is a sensible saving.
Do you make shutters as well as frames?
Yes, both, and it is usually better to have them made together so the shutter is fitted to that specific frame rather than to a nominal size.
